If you're a self-insured employer, we can save you money
Self-funded plans pay every claim from their own fund. Whatever company you're from, the dollars we recover land back in that fund.
Four groups we benefit
Whichever seat you sit in, the math is the same
From kickoff to first recovery
No software to install and no team to retrain. The lift on your side is two signatures and one data feed.
Week 1. Sign
A BAA covers the data and an LOA names Soro as the plan's authorized vendor. Two signatures, and the engagement is live.
Week 2. Connect
Your TPA sends the claims feed through our encrypted intake. Nothing lands on laptops and nothing moves by email.
Weeks 3 to 6. Audit
Every paid claim gets re-reviewed line by line against the EOB, the plan document, and clinical coding standards.
Day 45 and on. Recover
The first corrected bills typically land around day 45. From there, recoveries compound month over month.
Figures are illustrative.
One report every seat can read
CFO, HR, broker, TPA. Everyone sees the same documented findings, the same dispute status, and the same recovered total.
Every line links back to the claim, the code, and the document trail behind it, so the number at the bottom is never a mystery.
Straight answers, before you ask
Do we change TPAs?
No. Your TPA, network, and benefits stay exactly as they are. We work alongside the setup you already have.
What do you need from us?
Two signatures, a BAA and an LOA, and a claims data feed from your TPA. After that, the lift is ours.
Who sees member data?
Only certified auditors, under least-privilege access controls and a signed BAA. The full program is on our security page.
When do we see money?
The typical path from flagged claim to corrected bill runs about 45 days, and every recovery is itemized in the monthly report.
